I just recently break 2000 blitz and my rapid rating is around 2000-2100.

Don't. Play fewer games instead. Look at what you play against the most. Focus on improving 2 or 3 of those lines with better precision while going nuclear on tactics puzzles and hone your endgame.
Create or find 10 positional endgames similar to what you see most and make sure you are down not equal. Then equal positions will feel easy. You might come from behind a few times.
Over nxt 3 weeks no rated games. Train like Candidates is coming up.
Then play 3 games a week for nxt 4 weeks while continuing to perfect your middle game understanding of your top openings.
Then if you feel like you're improving and playing more precise put in 30 games the following 3 to 5 weeks time permitting and see if you get good rating bump.
Obviously win rates are hard to increase over 2000. 2% increase is winning 2 more games in 100 and maybe you get extra 16pts after 100 games. It takes time.
Focus on improving your openings and positional awareness within them. Improving tactics obviously is a lifetime goal regardless. The rating climb will follow.
Just prepare and play less rated games then when feeling great bust out a bunch of wins. When you hit plateau start over with 6 week prep limited rated games. You can still play you must play but play 90% training or unrated games until ready.

@Jemwil41 I just saw on your profile, that you seem to solve a lot of puzzles, but you "only" get about 50% of the puzzles correct.
Maybe focus on less puzzles, but try to solve them correctly. That should help in increasing the overall quality of your play.

start at 2300. its pretty easy that way, you might even do it by accident.
