Stockfish says i just played the "perfect" game.

It's easy to play a 0 inaccuracy game when your opponents put 0 pressure on you
Idk, some moves were actually quite impressive for 16xx classical (c5, Bg5, Bh4 instead of Bf6). You played a very good game. But ACPL is NOT the best indicator for that as has been pointed out.
It can have a lot to do also with being familiar with the positions you're in. I've had 3-4 'perfect' games, all of them against the Giuoco Pianissimo, because I played a similar line, and they played a similar (bad) line, and then I was up a piece or something and they really didn't have a whole lot to say about it until the end of the game. At that point it's "try to reduce material" and "don't hang your rook" and you're golden.
