yea ... dxc6 and if u play Bg5 then trade queens and play e5 after that black can always play h6
Anyone still play the Jerome gambit?
This B sac happens a lot in Evans gambit and scotch gambit.
As people pointed out it was a bit too hopeful in your scotch position. Not easy to defend correctly and might buy you lots of clock time tho. So if it works on your level, then why not play it couple more times? I’ll try it once I went over some more scotch main lines. Should def be enough for my level of play =)

@DefeatChampion88 You know, I actually thought that line out in my head when I was at work. ...h6 then I guess px knight and hope for complications.
