so different to lichess and chesscom, they don't have strict measures?

I believe if enough people help me for free I can build a mansion and if I try hard enough I can win the lotto.

The lotto I don't believe xD, the mansion for sure... just need the land. Anyways, we are building it and trying to solve the issue of online cheating too.

Don't have the means yet, but poppa Elon could xD

Step by step we can solve some issues, chess first!
To "make money" there needs to be some sort of prize fund, perhaps from sponsors or selling tickets (there is a reason why big chess tournaments are sponsored by crypto scams, Russian fertilizer giants, and, ironically, betting sites, also why American sports stop for TV commercials, why soccer teams have logos on the front of their shirts and often their sleeves nowadays, etc.).

What you are saying now is nothing novel, it's just gambling. People already bet on chess OTB. Even if you made sure it was legal and cheater-free, it's not going to be anything to make money off of. The average player will make $0 doing this (literally).
This.

Im not sure who would even go even for this anyway - your rating is the assessment of your ability, and if playing people of the same rating then your average score should be 50%. Once the house takes their cut this will be a losing proposition for the players involved. There is no "edge" to be had (other than using a 3500 rated machine in your pocket - and there is literally nothing that can be effectively done to stop people turning to that if they wish to do so) so there is no gain to be had either. The only possible edge one could have is improvement that is not yet reflected in ones rating - but if thats the case you can monetise that by playing in congresses and OTB events with prizes that have a rating ceiling, but only briefly until your rating catches up.

Agree with most of the things you stated. There would be more incentives than just the match prize, ideally, we want to make break-even players, EV+. That comes with proper incentives to the community.
Why does it matter what the community thinks?
If you want to monetize, or at least you think you can, go for it.

But nowadays there are no hustling anyways. People pay on the street just to play, regardless of the score. So go ahead, sit in a park bench with a cardboard that says 1$ per game, and wait.
