... is not a refusal to play but a loss of connection ...

Hello,

My remark is addressed to Thibault whose schedule must now be busy and to those who manage this site of which I am an unreserved supporter since 2013 and thanks to whom I take great pleasure as evidenced by the 15900 games I had the pleasure to play.

In a very relevant way, the system threatens to ban players who lack "fair play" by no longer playing when they have obviously lost or are in a very unfavourable position but also when they seem to refuse to participate in a match.

However, I am on the Internet via a mobile phone connection and it is common for my connection to be lost, which could suggest a refusal to play, which is never the case.

I am therefore concerned about this threat of banning players like me from using poor quality connections and I ask the system designer, if this is feasible, (the connection quality being indicated next to the participant's name) to take into account the fact that it is not a refusal to play but a loss of connection.

Thank you again for the great time I have already spent on the site. (78 days, 4 hours and 52 minutes)

Jean Turco.
