Looking for a second

Hello, I am an international master trying to become GM asap, for that reason I am looking for a second (a person who can help me to train (mostly prepare my openings), of course I can do it by myself, but in order to save time, and why not, have an additional point of view, I need someone who knows how to use the chess programs properly (chessbase, opening books, chess engines, databases, etc.) and help me to find good and new ideas for my repertoire and to prepare against my opponents during tournaments, of course it requires time and some effort. If I find the correct person for the job I am willing to negotiate and pay, or help that person to improve his chess, as I am a pro coach.

Interested people, feel free to send me a message here or to sd19ch@gmail.com

Thanks
I think you I mean "I am a FIDE master..." EDIT: I think you haven't got around to changing your title on lichess.
My title has not been updated, it takes some time to be verified by fide (usually some months), I have completed all the requirements for the IM title.
If your title hasn't been "updated" yet, then you're not an IM. just saying. Best luck to your asap GM.
"What rating do you want your second to be?" This does not really matter: a good second does not need to be a strong player. He needs to understand chess and openings and to be able to analyse. Ideally this would be sort of a correspondence chess player.
Getting grandmaster norms requires travel. So I guess the second needs to travel with you.
Openings are one thing, but trying to score grandmaster norms involves failing, and dealing with failures. So unless you have another person to help you cope with that, the second usually must provide mental support.
"help that person to improve his chess" That seems strange, the second should know more about chess, but without the nerves to play in time trouble, the stamina to concentrate for hours...
"I am a pro coach" This is a contradiction. You want a coach to save time, but you have spare time to coach people. Also coaching weaker people does not help towards your goal of becoming a grandmaster.
"I am willing to negotiate and pay" for a person not yet grandmaster it is hard to live from chess, even harder to pay a second. Even for grandmasters it is hard to live from start fees, tournament prizes, royalties for books, videos...
tpr while you seem to make great points, how do you not connect the obvious? He coaches so he can help others and make extra $ which helps him live from chess and pay a second.

And for all these comments, ironically including mine right now, it's kind of ridiculous because if it's not what he's asking for then... why even respond? He's going to have his IM title but YatrikPatel with your chess title police hat, why does it matter? You're not an IM or any M so why do you care?

If you can help him or know someone who can help him then do so, otherwise... shhhh.
Actually I've shown stronger players some nice ideas which they appreciated. I've been familiar with Chessbase since 1991. So, with some experience one can even help stronger players, but the difference in strength should not be that big.

Nevertheless I have no time to help others according to a plan - I'll give some pieces of free advice from time to time here and there :D.
Well, Thanks to all the people that is trying to help, contacting me and talking about what I am looking for. Believing in what I am saying and taking it seriously. If I tell that I am willing to pay it is because I have a budget for it, or help people to improve because I have the time to do both, be coach and train myself.

Btw, I am not looking for a high level player, but with abilities for opening preparation, using the modern chess tools, of course would be amazing if I can find someone with both characteristics :)

Maybe the "asap" was not the best way to describe what I want to achieve, it is not in 2 months for example, I have a planned time to get to the GM level, which I am going to discuss with the people that can help me, and of course it requires travel and play at good events, which I know I can do. My project is serious and real.
