The new rule about not playing your game started

Cmon wtf is that website if a annoying guy is always trying to play you and you quit, you get banned for 5min?? Going back on chess.com.
Are you under duress to accept all challenges? No? then you have no recourse to blame lichess.org for anything. Perhaps you should be more discerning about who you play? As for chess.com/? I visited it recently, it was like being sucked into a virtual vortex and being transported back in time. The interface had 1992 styling. They just never heard of responsive design I guess. I dared to enter the forum and was instantly met by a zombie apocalypse of drooling nerds all pretending to be hot chicks, never seen so much slobbery drool in one place. An old lady stepped out of the canopy and ominously warned me, 'don't go up there!'. A raven cackled on a distant crumbling precipice and the moon became visible. The old lady disappeared back into the forest carrying a bundle of sticks upon her back. The forest was deadly silent.
If you don't want to be counted as a ragequitter (and hence blocked from play for 5 min) -- do not accept the challenge.

Simple as that.
I think the OP means that his opponent is the one accepting the challenge from the homepage, even though the OP doesn't want to play him.

I think this is a legitimate complaint.
If you don't want to play a specific person, block them.

Because if you create a game with a certain set of parameters on it (e.g. a rating restriction), then you should be prepared to face anyone that comes your way.
FYI, these are created games we are referring to, not challenges.

They are literally just people in the lobby that DrunkMaster rudely aborted the games for. I'm sure you have had games rudely aborted on you. People were asking for limits on game abortion for years. I think the current system is an deterrent for that awful practice that was frankly allowed for too long.
