A poem isn't about rhymes only
I never studied English literature so I have no idea how your poems go but the thing I know based on my study for Arabic poems is that a poem is much much much much much much much much much much much much much more complicated then a bunch of rhymes
You have weights of words you have the poem sea (literal translation from arabic) you have the format and even the topics
