The expression "divine intellect" actually means something like "Very, very good thinking" (literally: god-like reasoning), but if it was formulated like that, it would not puzzle people, because then it would be clear it is harmless, and there is no wrong doing. So the meaning is disguised deliberately.
And how do I get this red banner? It is just a link to a picture. You can insert any picture in that way. Or copy my banner-link (right click on the banner --> select "copy image address" --> go to your profile preferences and insert the link just like you would insert a normal text. It will work.)
I have not invented this banner, I copied it, too. The original inventor removed it from his profile, though. So I might currently be the only player who has it in his profile.
Of course it is looking like a red ban on purpose, and it is no coincidence that it starts like a ban-sentence with "This player uses ...".
