When I play blitz tournaments I have noticed that sometimes when my game ends it INSTANTLY shows the computer analysis of the game. Why is that? Is it because some anti cheat thing randomly checked the game as it was in progress?

I too have noticed the same thing. And it's always when i have won a game against opponent rated more than 100 points or so above me (and vice versa). So yes, i too think it's some kind of automated anti-cheat system in place.
It’s your opponent asking for analysis, if your fast enough you will notice that the timeline is incomplete.
