Two similar acpl games, suspicious

I dont believe 20 or 10 acpl and 4 acpl are possible without assistance. Played with same player.

Coincidence? I think not, how did I play tho. Also is this a computer assisted game
It seems like your opponent did use engine assistance. Looking at their move times, they usually play their moves after 7-8 seconds (sometimes 10 seconds). The biggest confirmation seems to be using 6 seconds to recapture white's queen on black's 17th move (in the 1st game linked by you), when in reality people would either premove this or recapture after 2, 3 seconds at most. To me it is clear that your opponent got assisted by an engine (and didn't hide it well it seems).
If you believe a player is cheating, use the report function, don't ask on the forums.

FWIW, ACPL alone is not a good indicator of game accuracy - for example, if white has a large advantage for most of the game but does not checkmate (or black doesn't resign) then ACPL approaches (and sometimes reaches) 0. 0 ACPL does not mean perfect play, as White could've won sooner.
