Chess24 has disappeared.

As of today, you can no longer access chess 24 because it redirects you to chesscom. Do you have any memories of the no longer existing website? What did you use it for? Because I wanted to watch giant Swiss players.
Fond memories... like "Buy this chess course. Pay once, forever yours."?
My favorite was Pogo chess. It was the wild wild west. Very good players and there was group chat with zero censoring so lots of players talked trash. Most of it was just in fun and if one had a good sense of humor and didnt' take silly insults seriously it was all good. Sadly it shut down a couple of years ago.

Never been a member of chess24. Do I understand it correctly: all chess24 courses are now gone and people who paid for them have no access to them anymore?

Yep, pogo used to have a pretty good backgammon platform too. It is gone as well.

At least I wouldn't know how. I bought a course some time back, and got no information in that regard. And as the site is no longer available...

Maybe they transfer some content to chess.com, and graciously make it available if you sent proof of a previous purchase... who knows.

This is something that they surely should have addressed beforehand, and provided a path for all existing customers.
