FM Riste Menkinoski

My name is Riste Menkinoski, I am a chess FIDE Master, Trainer and Founder of Red Knight Chess Club - Bangkok. Chess is my life, I am dedicated to training my students and watching them improve move after move, game after game.

Just a normal playing experience for a FM. I played many tournaments, won some of them, most important one being the National Championship in my country in 2008. My highest rating was 2390, at the moment is 2305. I won two norms for IM at the time when I was actively playing, which is not the case anymore.

I am teaching actively for many years, first in my country Macedonia, where I was also a coach of the National Woman's Team in two Olympiads and one European Team Championship. In the past 7 years I live and work in Thailand, which is to me a wonderful experience. I am founder of Red Knight Chess Club - Bangkok, where many kids start their chess journey as complete beginners and later become National Champions.
