Do u agree with me that this behaviour is unsportsmanlike?

Chess
During nsi(a chess competition in sg) ,this incident happened in round 4 that completely ruined my tournament.

Let me get straight to the point; do y’all think that reporting that you won when you lost is a completely unsportsmanlike and wrong behaviour? Of course it is! And it happened to me today! I completely crushed her during the game. And when the result was reported, the arbiter nodded their head when they saw the position but did not record the score. Alas, when reporting time came, I missed out on a step and accidentally signed the paper, unknowingly sealing my fate against that btchs deed. I only noticed when the pairings were out, and by then it was too late. Even if the arbiters wanted to, they couldn’t help. Not like they wanted to.
Only one seemed to care.
I want to condemn this behaviour and if you were my opponent, you should feel very ashamed of yourself. You couldn’t look me in the eye when I glared at you. Thanks @Knightmare-11 for confronting her as I will do tomorrow.
My friend who is also one of the top seeds noted that she has a history of unsportsmanlike behaviour.
