  1. timothyha (16) strange but I just played all natural moves and gained time
  2. tmoila (16) I'm really starting to dislike this pawn structure, maybe Bf5 was a mistake
  3. timothyha (16) but probably that's the difference between LW and 4545, LW feels more like rapid
  4. tmoila (16) gotta take the e4, backing with Bg6 can't be good because white can f4 and roll over the kingside
  5. tmoila (17) and now gotta be careful for Re1 skewer
  6. tmoila (18) I guess idea is for white to f4, g4 and f5 to trap/weaken bishop
  7. tmoila (19) let's defuse ideas of pawn push on kingside and prepare Nc5 to maybe win c2 pawn
  8. tmoila (21) a free pawn after Bc5+? Yes please I think so
  9. timothyha (22) ok, tactically I am still much weaker
  10. timothyha (22) looks like I will be left with 4p vs 6p or even 3p vs 6p
  11. tmoila (27) quick 5 moves later up 2 pawns, not too afraid of this endgame
  12. tmoila (32) well it's not clear cut endgame since I messed up by not blocking the a pawn right off the bat
  13. tmoila but I see really no hope for white anyway, just... trying not to blunder!
  14. mimano yep, that is gg.
  15. tmoila (42) not the most graceful way to push the pawns but I guess after I win c5 pawn it doesn't matter, Ka8 looks just so sad
  16. tmoila (55) I thought I had to give up 1 pawn but a pawn was just too fast and queening to a1 covers both g7 and h8
  17. tmoila (55) also noted that king at c5 is trapped sooo... maybe I should watch out for stalemate traps?
  18. timothyha it's nice we both shared a bit of thoughts here, @tmoila
  19. timothyha somehow I misplayed the central exchange in the opening, thought I was ok
  20. timothyha but bishop should have been on e3, not b2
  21. timothyha couldn't for see the problem with rook entry
  22. tmoila yeah the double fianchetto was a bit odd looking
  23. timothyha without queens I needed to shutdown open lines
  24. tmoila f3 was a bit odd, thought maybe just retreating with the knight (Nd2->Nc4) and connecting the rooks earlier on with said Be3 would've given
  25. tmoila more out of the equal 3-3 pawn sides
  26. timothyha yes, I agree, the pawn was weak on e4, I misjudged that moment
  27. timothyha the key mistake was really to have bishop on wrong side of the events
  28. timothyha losing a pawn but not opening e-file like that would be fine
  29. timothyha thank you, good luck in chess and studies outside of chess, too
  30. tmoila cheers! see you around and best of luck for rest of the season
  31. timothyha yeah, watchout for our team in 45+45 league :-)
