  1. jsettle1 One blunder is all it takes
  2. jsettle1 I don't think I would have found 15. Bc6, but I darn sure should have created luft at that point
  3. Evsterm Yeah, around that point I was though, one of us is going to get backrank mated in this game, I can feel it
  4. jsettle1 Yeah, it's incredible how import it is to do simple stuff. We both played great for like 14 moves by just developing our pieces
  5. jsettle1 I started thinking about the attack too soon.
  6. jsettle1 I'm mean I should have seen the tactic I was giving you, but I would have been fine if I'd just continued doing normal stuff
  7. Evsterm Yeah, was pretty close in the opening, I definitely felt I was slightly worse
  8. Evsterm 3. Nc3 got me off balance a little, I haven't seen that move order very often
  9. jsettle1 Yeah, I felt like I had a little pull, but it sure wasn't enough to go off half-cocked
  10. jsettle1 I don't know any theory. 3.Nc3 was just me trying to develop my pieces and attack central squares
  11. Evsterm Yeah, it's definitely a reasonable move, and got me out of my limited opening theory right away
  12. jsettle1 Hey, thanks for the game. gl in the rest of the tourney!
  13. Evsterm Thanks, you too!
