Hi, No Castling Chess has breathed life into chess alongside 960 Fischer & Standard Chess. Since it is such an easy software update I propose that The Truly Free Site lichess offer us this ASAP please.
Due to the historical and cultural significance of Shogi and Chinese Chess I feel it an omission that they are not here. I believe that the drop is too strong in Crazyhouse in that the greater the power of the forces initially in relation to the board size, the greater the first player advantage... if it is not winning it still puts more pressure on the second player to know computer analysis.
Hence I would like to try Capablanca Chess but on a 10x10 board as it is exactly the "early hand to hand fighting" which Edward Lasker found appealing that we want to avoid in the computer analysis age. 10x8 randomised would also be exciting. Of course, 10x10 could be randomised as well.
