Two suggestions

Hello, I propose adding these two functionalities to the settings:
1) Ability to promote to queen automatically only when the time on the clock is less than 30 seconds;
2) Ability to disable the opponent's option to request a draw during the match.

What do you think ?

That sounds like a good suggestion. Very rarely it could go wrong, in a time scramble when promoting to a knight is the winning move and the player has to have the presence of mind to use precious time changing the setting before making the promoting move. But that really would be once in a blue moon.

I shudder at this one. Offering a draw is part of the rules of the game.
It does of course get done automatically in many tournaments where the players are not allowed to agree a draw before move 30, but I find even this a bit of a dubious limitation.
A player who doesn't want to be offered a draw should simply ignore any draw offer. There is no requirement to respond to draw offers.
1)

You can press Ctrl to disable auto-queening. But it's probably hard to forget (was it Ctrl? Alt? Shift? ...), and on mobile you might not even have a keyboard attached.

An additional 30 second option would be inline with the threefold repetition setting - I think this would be a good option.

2)

I hate this one. It seems unnecessary to me. It's not like draw offers come in move after move, game after game. And I think there is already something in place that hinders people to offer draw multiple times in a row.

You can either decline the draw offer, or just ignore it.

Also, some games actually will end in a draw, and offering it is a sensible way to get that result. If both players would have this setting enabled, you would either need to re-enable draw-offers, or hope for some silly three-fold repetition or 50-moves-rule. Both not fun in a time scramble. And if I 'd see my opponent has disallowed me to offer a draw on principle, I'd rather try to flag them in this case, just to point out how stupid this decision was. :-)

Yeah, for Queen promoting, it seems interesting, even if i always promove Pawn to Queen, no matter the time control and no matter if it will a stalemate since i put the setting on Queen promoting.

About the second, it can be useful if the oponents is in losing position and want to claim the draw without valable reasons, without this exemple, it would be useless.
