Premove added 0.02 secs to the clock?

I was on 19.47secs (if you look at the section where it shows time per move) at the 2nd last move.
I premoved checkmate, so it was 0.00 secs, but the final time shows as 19.49 secs?
Am I missing something?

So every 3000 premoves you get 1 minute for free?

The keyboard is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unnatural.
