Lichess todo popularity bracket

I'm planning on creating a "Lichess todo popularity bracket" at bracketeers.com.

Players often mention ways to improve lichess in the Forum. Thibault (the Developer of lichess) describes many of those suggestions at github.com/ornicar/lila/blob/master/todo. He regularly improves lichess and he looks at the todo to choose improvements. We can let him know which suggestions are popular with this bracket. The bracket size is 64, so not all suggestions can compete at the same time. After a ranking is created (based on votes/popularity), new brackets can be created to also find out how popular the other suggestions are.

Try to create good descriptions of your suggestions (maybe a lichess player can also help you if you don't often write English) because that might influence how many votes they get. You can mention a suggestion (you can also refer to a number at the todo) and/or give a suggestion mentioned by someone else a +1 (by typing that, there's no button to press). You can give as many suggestions a +1 as you want, but you can only give +1 if you've played at least 100 games at lichess. Each suggestion that has +5 gets added to the bracket, the bracket is complete when there are 64 suggestions with such a score.

Please provide the following information for your suggestion:
- Name of the suggestion (maximum: 30 characters).
- Description of the suggestion (maximum: 1000 characters).
- URL and name of an external link (optional).

When we have 64 suggestions, we have to decide the Start Date and Start Time (all times are in Eastern Standard Time) for each round (round 1 - 6 and when the winner will be announced).

Such a bracket will be made twice. The first time I will randomize the competing suggestions (they are seeded randomly). Based on their scores in this bracket the suggestions are seeded in a second bracket (with the same suggestions). After voting ends in the second bracket, a ranking is created based on their scores (the scores in bracket 2 have twice the amount of value as the scores in bracket 1 because there's a bigger chance of unlucky pairings in bracket 1).

If you have any questions, please send me a private message (so it won't get too cluthered here) and I'll give additional information here. If you like this plan, please let us know which suggestions you like (a link to the bracket will be added later when we have 64 suggestions). Also, please try to stay on topic!

Thank you for thinking about ways to improve lichess, hopefully we can help Thibault by letting him know which improvements we would prefer. This plan hasn't been discussed with Thibault and some suggestions may be too complex to implement (or he may just not like them enough), but letting him know which improvements we would prefer (in a clear way so he doesn't have to compare the popularity of each idea in the Forum) sounds like a good plan to me.
Here are my suggestions (please give each of them your +1 if you like them):

Name: Training games with extra options
Description: The possibility for chess players to give chess lessons to other players. It would be nice if players could play casual games where one of the players is the trainer and the other (and spectators) is the trainee. Next to Causal and Rated there could be a Training button when creating a game. In Training games it should be possible to start with a FEN position (games can be created with the Board editor just like when you play with the machine). It would also be nice if the trainer could move forward and backward in the game (just like "Replay and analyse"). It would be great if the trainer could use database/analysis/annotation features, but that might be too complex, a Training button and FEN option would already be fantastic. These Training games are also interesting for lichess.org/tv.

Name: Search for tournament or training games
Description: The option to search for tournament games only or training games only at lichess.org/games/search (just like the "Analysis available" checkbox).

Name: Casual correspondence games
Description: The possibility of longer time controls (without playing without a time control) so we can also play correspondence chess at lichess.org. The games that aren't completed yet (games in progress) could be shown on the profiles of players to the left of "Games Played". These games don't count for the normal lichess.org rating (a seperate correspondence rating could be used or only casual games could be allowed) because it is way too easy and common to cheat in correspondence chess. These correspondence games also don't have the feature that you can claim a win if your opponent leaves the game (because the games take longer than a day).

Name: TV channels
Description: The possibility to choose between TV channels at lichess.org/tv (the same options as "Play - Filter games"). Several players have mentioned neat ways to improve the lichess TV (for example: http://i.imgur.com/ZSi90k0.jpg).
URL: http://i.imgur.com/ZSi90k0.jpg (TV channels, flip board, and links)

Name: Computer analysis for FEN positions
Description: The possibility to "Request a computer analysis" for games started from a FEN position.

Name: Set castling and en-passant abilities in board editor
Description: Option to set castling and en-passant abilities/inabilities in the board editor.
URL: github.com/ornicar/lila/issues/42 (Explanation of this option)

Name: More accurate application of the 50 moves rule
Description: The way lichess uses the 50 moves rule isn't completely accurate.
URL: github.com/ornicar/scalachess/issues/3 (Explanation of the inaccuracy)

Name: A list of recent announcements by the Developer of lichess
Description: An "Announcements" Tab on top of the screen (to the right of "TV") where the Developer of lichess mentions what has recently changed on the website and/or what players can help with (ideas, translations, et cetera).

Name: Simple delay time control option
Description: A time control option of Simple delay and/or Bronstein delay. This is similar to the Fischer delay that is already used on lichess, but if you move within the delay period, your remaining time doesn't increase (for example: in 1+5 you get 5 seconds extra per move, but if you only use 3 seconds, your time doesn't increase by 2 seconds).
URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_control (Descriptions of several possible time control options)

Name: More tie-breaking options in tournaments
Description: More tie-breaking options and stats should be displayed (in "Tournament"), especially Sonneborn-Berger and Tournament Performance Rating. These are interesting and the Sonneborn-Berger score is very fair.
URL: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tie-breaking_in_Swiss_system_tournaments (Descriptions of several possible tie-breaking systems)

Name: Several ways to score in tournaments and Leaderboards
Description: It would be nice to be able to choose between several options of how points are given to players in tournaments (for example: Score * Sonneborn-Berger * Tournament Performance Rating * Percentage Score [for example: 0.64] / 1000). It would also be nice if there were more Leaderboards which keep score of the tournament results (they have different requirements of when a tournament result counts for the Leaderboard and they have different ways of scoring). A way to change how players are paired against each other (and how quickly that is done) would also be nice. All kinds of options that exist in chess pairing software can be added to lichess.

Name: Download games in PGN format
Description: The possibility to download games in PGN format. The amount of games that can be downloaded per day might be limited by the Developer of lichess (because it's difficult for the website to handle), but it would still be great if we could download some of our own games (or other games) in PGN format. It would be even better if we can specifically choose which (kind of) games we want to download (with the same options as "Games - Advanced Search").

Name: Team matches
Description: The possibility of team matches (with solutions for players who are in several teams), where the team leader has to choose the board order, where the team results are shown, and where the team player (who has played all of his/her games of the match) with the highest Percentage Score gets crowned Player of the Match of team "A".

I look forward to seeing more suggestions!
Thanks for the list. I'd like to point out that the feature "Set castling and en-passant abilities in board editor" is completed already.
These are already on the todo list, but for the sake of giving them more attention and possibly expediting their development:

-Different sizes of lichess to optimise the browser for various screen sizes and resolutions: http://imgur.com/jiFwpDK
Where:
-regular is suited for 13" laptops @ 1440x900 (what lichess currently seems most suited for)
-large is for 20+" desktop @ 1920x1080,
-and small is for 11" portable devices @ 1366x768.

-Sounds options: http://imgur.com/70WVyb5
Different sizes of lichess to optimise the browser for various screen sizes and resolutions +1

Sounds options +1
- I'd like to have the "ability to take back moves on our board editor".

Thank you!
- In-game status appears when mousing over player's name.
