It's because computer thinks that advantage drops from 4.5 to 4.2. Might be that puzzle checker's tolerance on different variation is about 0.3.
An allowable drop of 0.9 is allowed if the advantage of the top move is 4.5 (it should say "good move, but you can do better"), as this is 20% x 4.9.

I don't have the time to thoroughly investigate every single puzzle that has a question mark against it. So some of the earnest is on the complainer to investigate why the puzzle might be wrong, or if they are mistaken.

The simple answer in this case is: you're in end-game, taking the rook on the back-rank with your king decentralises it -- this is not something that you want to do.
