This puzzle has many mate in 3 solutions the one I found is,
1. Kf1 Qe7 2. Be4 Qxe4 3. Nxe4# (or 2 .. any other move 3. Ne2#)
Kf1 fails the puzzle.
I like solving puzzles on lichess and I appreciate the effort that went into creating them but there is a lot of room for improvement.
