2FA not working

I have enabled 2FA through my laptop, and now I can't access my account through the phone, it says that 2FA authentication is required, but there's no field to enter the code. When I wanted to disable it, it said that I haven't enabled it. I have tried to enable it once again, and now I have 2 separate tokens(2FAS), but the site still says that 2FA is disabled. How can I disable it or make it work?

Never mind, I entered my email instead of the username and was able to ger in without entering 2FAS

i am not able to join tournaments and i am soooo frustrated!
