Umm...
I didn't want to post a new thread and attract a bunch of trolls, so I came to the end of this thread to ask
a corollary question. How should I go about finding someone for some informal coaching? I am not looking to become
a top player or anything, just simply to improve my approach to the game, and using better thinking lines, tactics etc.
I can read books and watch tutorials , but sometimes I'd like to discuss one of my games where I either got trashed
or somehow played an exceptional ( for me ) game.

@Ally_8 I can help you if your rating is below 2000. If you rating is above 2000 I can recommend you teachers I had myself.
Right on. I am not looking for any big time demands, just maybe review the pgn and making suggestions on things
that low level players would miss. I am well below 2000 so no problem there. ha ha.
If ok I'll pm and intro a little more @chessypiano. And you can help with piano technique as well? lol
