Lower rated game observation

I would like to observe lower rated games and not just titled players.Is this implemental?

There are a number of ways you can accomplish this. If you have specific lower rated players in mind, you can simply follow them and watch their games whenever you like. If you want to find live games from people you don't know, you can spectate an arena of your desired time control, and watch the games of players of whichever rating you would like. If you don't care about watching games live and would simply like to play them over, you can find a database of lichess games here and simply search by rating using your desired database viewer: database.lichess.org/

If you don't like the selection LiChess makes on LiChess TV you can select any game you want.

LiChess has a very useful instant replay feature built-in where you can watch all or part of any game.

Replay Mode is the bottom menu option. Select Realtime.
