Add Blitz mode in Training puzzle mode (time include in rating)

I will be a very good thing if you add a Blitz mode in the Training puzzle mode like in chesstempo, in order the time count in the rating. It's a very good feature that still prevent me to completely and definitely migrate to Lichess.
