Leaderboard displaying strangely

There's a lot of legends on this website. Some aren't displayed. For example, @Ingrid-Vengeance, "Horde Queen", she's better than 100.0% of the Horde players so where is she? Instead, on the Leaderboard for Horde it shows @Fritzi_2003 at the top instead. His Horde stats say he's better than 99.9% of the Horde players. But he's there instead of Ingrid. How come?

Its because of the rating deviation, if u havnt play games for a while u get removed from the leaderboard until u play again.

Fritzi_2003 current RD - 52.71
Ingrid-vengeance current RD - 51.18 and still Fritzi_2003 is the first one shown in Leaderboards for Horde

It must be something else in this case.
