Board in 3d?

It is possible that they make a board also in 3d ?? I do not know what the view would look like, but it would be useful.
Currently, only the pieces can be put in 3d. But the board remains flat, without perspective.
It turns out that I discovered that when playing on a real board (against opponents that I usually beat in 2d), I'm doing pretty badly.
That's why I'm trying to put everything in 3d, and I discover that there is no other perspective for the board.
Will it be possible ??
Greetings and many thanks.

PS I do not speak English.
There was a good 3D board made in JavaScript that i saw a while ago, i don't remember if it was this one: http://jtiscione.github.io/chessboard3js/index.html . I can't see it right now.

I agree that it would be really cool to change perspective of the board. It's going to be more resource intensive though.
I would love to see this implemented on lichess, chess.com has a real 3d board, so how cant lichess have one???
I mean we have 3d pieces. Personally I don't like that idea of the 3d board, it's more resource intensive and doesn't really add anything in terms of functionality.

If you really want it and no dev is really interested in implementing it feel free to work on an implementation and submit it.
I wonder about a perspective board, but isometric pieces. This would allow it to be far less resource intensive, since it's still basically 2d just with scaling of sprites to mimic distance, and z layers.

Would this look terrible?
@tacoChess Hi. i dont like the 3d board. But i notice that i play better in 2d that in 3d... so i want to practice more in "3d". I dont know how to code....

@Phyisis i like the isometric perspective. And think can be interesting.

(i dont speak english...)
Lets hope someday someone can make isometric pieces for lichess, I would make them if I could but I don't know how to code nor to make the pieces in photoshop
what do i have to learn to do this??

If somebody tell me i put my dead hours to learn that.

Thanks.
