Are the anti-cheat mods on holiday ?

Hi dear readers,

Yesterday I've reported a user.

More than 30 games with 0/0/0 and very low centipawn loss, as well as very "flat" move time lines (like 3 sec. for every move).

A friend of mine also reported him.

Still, this cheater is playing on.
What more can I do to get this player blocked ?

It is very sad and frustrating to play on lichess and having to play against this chess engine again :(

p.s.
Lichess rocks !
Best chess server ever.

ciao,
achja
Now I see that the cheater was blocked.

Hooray! Thank you Lichess !

Lichens has busted two cheaters in my games since I joined recently. It's why I just cancelled my Chess.com account. I think I get better cheat detection and action here.
I don't have holidays, so I'm always online anyway.

But there always seem to be moderators, and several across the time zones, and before you know it over a dozen (or even a hundred) users are marked for misbehavior.

Generally however, action is usually taken in average of a day or two. If you check back and there is no indication that the user is caught, you can re-report if your judgement ensues so, or if it's really dire you can write to the contact email address. It won't really be quicker seen though.
Unihedron... "I don't have holidays" << damn bro...

And #1, went on holiday this summer (like in a plane where you have to pay for wifi...) so I wasn't on as often as I'd have liked, but I still went on.

And now summer's over -> back to work & the educational system and layman's money earning duties. So there are certain hours where I can't go on during the workday.
