Lichess unreachable during game and i lose points

Hi
This is happen twice in 3 days. I am in midst of the game and the website went down. In both the instances I lost rating points. (It was the website which went down and not a problem with the internet connection since I tried get into the website/app using different internet providers).

How do I reach across to admin to have the games declared null and void rather than me having to loss the points.

Pretty sure the best way to get points from the admin is to challenge him in a game.

i once lost points when lichess went down, so decided to play some more games to get them back... if thats not brave what is...

You tried to access the website with several internet providers? Did you log onto your neighbour's net?
