I just failed this puzzle after playing Nxf7 for the first move. After looking at the solution (which starts with h6), I checked the position with Stockfish because I wanted to see why Nxf7 was incorrect, and it turns out that both moves force mate in 6.
This is very frustrating because I spent several hours today trying to get my puzzle rating over 2400, and if I had solved this puzzle, I would've reached my goal. Is there any chance I could get those points back?
