I was just playing Choco3000 as black in a pool game.
The connection was bad, so I pushed F5 so reconnect. Then suddenly the game was lost, because white did not move and left the game.
It was written he gets -8 and I get+8 points.
Back in the pool, I saw that actually I lost -17 points for that game, and after that another 15 points for the same game!
So I lost twice!

Well, also in my game history you can see that the colors are total messed up form game to game.
It seems we played 3 games, but in reality it was only 1 game.
What happened there?
Maybe he pushed F5 too?

The same thing happened to me in the 1 minute pool once, although I didn't even refresh. I just sat there and waited until he forfeited, and then I saw that in addition to the win, I'd been charged for two losses in addition.

I posted a thread about it (http://en.lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/strange-bug#7), and Thibault said he was looking into it, so we should have a fix on the way :)
