In my opinion it would be a neat feature if you could hide enemy ratings. Maybe it would be possible to add an option to the preferences for that. im sure there is lots of people (including me) who get nervous when facing high rated enemies and it becomes hard to focus on just playing and improving the game.

You can just write some userscript for this stuff.
Try Yarip on Firefox, you can just select and permanently remove it.

I don't feel like I get nervous against higher-rated opponents, but I certainly get arrogant and careless against low-rated players.
What is an "enemy player"? Thought we just have "opponents" in "competitions". Have learned something new today. "WATCH OUT - ENEMY IS LISTENING!
I like the idea. Also if there was some special edition tournaments that hid the tournament standings too except for when u had won three in a row or some sort of bonus feature.
Plus while I am asking for stuff, can we have one minute fischer bullet tournaments :) xmas is soon, you never know
