How can a guy with more losses than wins have almost all of his latest games be flawless wins but lose to a 1287 rated player with 5 mistakes and 4 blunders?

Um, he only plays casual gaes, so the mods can't do much about that..
Yeah they could mark him as a someone who uses computer assistance.
Only ppl who use c.a in rated games can be marked...
that makes no sense to me, if someone's cheating they should be marked as such, regardless of game type.
#5 I totally agree. Computer assistance is tolerable insofar as you warn your opponent, but I really don't think he warned them : the reaction of OP proves it.
Moreover, if you lack evidences of his guilt (quite a strong word, I assume), just take a look at his oddly constant move times.
It won't make a difference. He can continue playing casual all he wants.
