@opperwezen Maybe you should force the trade of the Rooks then, on the first white move...
If white is forced to capture on move 1. Rxh1, it could balance the game. Stockfish depth 30 is saying that white has 0.0 pawn advantage in this position...
Edit: Sorry, the move is 1. Rxh1, not 1.Nc1 as it's showing on the board

Nice/creative variant! @Knight04 added it to my study, where i basically collect, experiment and try to come up with crazy or asymmetric but balanced starting positions:
Id like to see more of unusual starting positions, so i d be happy if anyone has created new, unusual playable SPs. Simply let me know and i ll add it to the study with credits to the composer.
