Death of chess.

Even if computers are better than humans, why should this imply that there will be no human chess players in the future?

A car is much faster than a human, but there are still people who run 100 m or a marathon.

it was thumbs up your post but for that. I think it is a legitimate question. Which allowed you to make a sensible post.
In the event it does die or gets solved what do we turn to for a game? If the A.I. are solving all of this as we speak, I bet the people playing lesser games are more unfortunate. Monopoly, Scrabble, Catan, and others. I suppose people already know how to win at these. The game will not die as long as we can enjoy it. On the basis there is nothing left to learn from it.
