I hate getting low ratings in chess and also getting ridiculed for having a low rating

I just don't play rated games-It's not worth it for me yet and you learn the same thing in non-rated games :)
The only people I have seen doing unwarranted unprovoked trash talking to lower rated players were... cheaters (engine users). Everybody else realizes how hard people work to study and improve in chess.

If you don't like your low rating.
1. Read My System by nimzovich and Reassess your chess by silman (there are plenty more too but these have to help you)
2. Do lots of tactics puzzles, but do them slowly, forcing yourself to calculate, and then post-analyzing every puzzle you got wrong or that you guessed through. The puzzles you get wrong are your key to improving your tactical vision weaknesses.
3. Play OTB tournaments with slow time controls, thoroughly analyze all of your games.
4. With just those 3 You will be a 1600+ tournament player soon enough
My classic rating is not representative of my skill it seems. Like I got low rated when I started lichess and I always feel like its hard to maintain going up cause chess is such hard work. I beat several people of much higher ratings today.
people that ridcule people for low ratings are frowned upon and i'm pretty sure can get banned. also they themselves were probably at that rating one time or another, so don't sweat it.
Playing only non rated games limits your pool of players. And that means longer waiting times to get a game started.
Every master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried.
