Hello all I would like to know the reason why some online players in the top online players list are not there. My classical rating is 2200+ and I still do not see my name there I have seen other people who have a lesser rating than I do and people with a question mark nex to their rating. Can someone tell me the problem? Also sorry for any bad grammar I have a broken arm!
Your rating is provisional.

Sorry for the confusion, I read only a few words of your message.
so does anyone know the answer?
Er, yes, kreedz mostly answered it for you. You only get a ranking when you've played enough games so that your glicko rating's variance (the +- figure if you hover over your rating number for classical) is down below +-110.
So to get a stable rating, I reckon you'll need to play another 15 or 20 classical games.

*and I assume you have to have a ranking high within a certain variant to get onto that top-ranked list.
also, your naòe disappear from the list if you're inactive long enough
