Someone who has talent is able to do something without trying as hard as someone who does not have a talent
Just start a team and ask higher rated people to help with analysis. Many would give free advise, and some would be willing to do it over video conference if they are available at that time.
I will help anybody who wants be better than is now.
Would love that, but feel a bit insecure when I see that you have been beaten by players far below your rating...
