Opponent doesn't reply for many weeks. Only chance is to surrender?

I also had this experience. After one month the computer will make your opponent lose automatically. This is how I got rid of my 10 correspondence unlimited games where my opponents didn't move :)

Yes, Tactics Master is correct, it also happened to me. After more or less one month your opponent loses the game

Lichess should remove this feature and put "1 month games" instead. (or 2 months games etc)

You should only play it with friends where you know that a move will come sooner or later. I enjoy it and I don't mind if a game takes one year.

#8 That is not quite correct. I finished 3 untimed games and currently playing 2. They might take several month but they will be finished. ;-)
