What is the reason for the loss of this?

Can you verbalize and tell us the reason for the loss of this?

Maybe this is a computer v computer game? No one likes to comment on those because invariably the commenter ends up looking stupid, but I'll try anyway.

The computer is happy to show you why qb3 was basically a blunder and why. White doesn't end up down a pawn in the line played, but you can easily see white is left in a crappy endgame where the bpawns are weak. Just visually, its what they call a two result game, white can only draw or lose.

White is already slightly worse earlier because white gave up the afile for no reason. I mean, I see that the computer says 14. axb5 is good, but combined with 15. nb3 white is eventually giving up the afile, right. And where is the play? The computer wants d4 at some point around there. Maybe white can avoid it if white doesnt open the afile and instead plays the re1, nf1, ng3, nf5 plan, a standard plan in some closed/slow ruy lopez lines. But after opening the afile things will move to fast for that I think, so d4 is the logical thing to think about.

Anyway, that is my take on it.
it's just inconvinien b pawn- reason is simple- it's very hard to defend those b pawns,so white should build strategy to avoid such situation
by going 25 Qb3 they forced them selves to queen exchange, that created those b pawns( seems like in case going Qb3 that exchange couldn't be avoided)
Maybe the position will become worst after some moves that's why ....
