Lichess Game of the Month August - Contest

Escape from Alcatraz
In this classical 60+30 Round Robin tournament game I was put under a lot of pressure out of the opening by @King0fBlunder who, as always, played very aggressively and allowed me no space, forcing me to retreat constantly and gradually worsening my position. I managed to survive the initial onslaught and gradually from about move 26 managed to claw back some space. The position became complex and various pins and advanced pawns were posing difficult problems.

On move 42 I managed to trade a rook for two very dangerous and annoying knights. White couldn't resist the "free" pawn on e5, allowing 44...Qb7+. 45.Kf1 sealed white's fate, 45...Qh1#, with the advanced d3 pawn covering the escape square.

The spectators had given up on me at one point and had already written my obituary in the chat, but it was really heartwarming to see their delight when I turned it round for the win. Thanks, @SOJB and @Paris_Nicolaides for the hilarious chat commentary ;) also @TeenageDimwit, @BullsEye_Teams, @borninthesixties and @Vibranium18 for the support! Finally thanks to @King0fBlunder for the game, gg and wp!

I saw an analysis with avg. 8 centipawn loss in this chat. Kudos for that! Can't compete with that.
I wanna share a bullet game, as it is becoming really popular in online chess and most games on lichess are bullet games.
And from the July Winner, we know that sacrifices are cool, so in my game I decided to sac (blunder) my knight after having almost premoved the first 3-4 moves. You can learn from that game that you should never bring your queen out to early and not get pinned. And pawns can be powerful if they act together. And mating in bullet is always fun

. I sacrificed a rook, a rather interesting positional game, not the most precise, not the best but I had fun playing, I could have checkmate faster but it's a tournament blitz so safety comes first !
Greeting all !
I don't think this will be good enough, but here's my contribution.
A long game with 90-94% accuracy from both sides. My opponent fought well even at the very end.
