Oh, descriptive notation. I have seen this kind of notation in an old article.

1. e4 c5
2. Nf3

(If I'm correctly remembering, that should be "N-KB3" in descriptive notation. Or "Kt-KB3" (1st half of 20th century) or "Kt to KB 3rd" (19th century) in older versions of the descriptive notation.)
