They might not be sharing that information. As far as I know they would only have to give the information to lichess to get the title.
Based on the gameplay I would say Kramnik or Kasparov, also Blitz #1 on Lichess currently

I looked at the openings in uncommon-ish lines (like Scotch, Four Knights, Kan, Anti-Sicilians etc.) and a handful of players showed up a lot, namely Artemiev, Anand, Aronian, Jobava and Topalov. I think those openings are where you can try to suss out who they are better because people usually only know one line. They seem to never go for the Giuoco Piano as black, opting for the Hungarian Defense and Two Knights. Probably it's someone who exclusively, or nearly exclusively, plays the Two Knights in competition.
Presumably it's not Anand, based on the account name. The blitz strength makes it feel that it might be Aronian, but I looked at some of the Benonis and they look just like Topalov. Though his games are almost like 'model games' for contemporary Benoni play, so it's not at all conclusive. Topalov is also not known for his rapid chess, is he?
To dig further, people might check their social media accounts to see if some of them can be disregarded as possibilities.
