It seems to be solved now
It is still an issue with me. I've been higher than my highest for a couple days I think. I thought it was maybe something to do with an "end of day" snapshot. The only thing I can think of now is that all of the games have to be completed for it to count as a highest rating, but I really don't know.

I don't think this is a bug since the same situation is at my highest rating.

I don't think this is a bug since the same situation is at my highest rating.
Been above my highest for a few days now and it still hasn't registered as my highest score in my Correspondence stats.

it's not provisional rating
I am not "sure" but I think it's because she's still playing a correspondence game? it is 99% not a valid reason, but just a guess
