hello.. i need some advice on my game against King's Indian Defence..

i always have problem when opponent play 9...Ne8 and later on f5 push.. i dont know how to manage my pieces placement properly and fight against black kingside pawn push..

later on, when black establish strong central pawns, i dont have any counterplay..

some advices are really appreciated :)

Ok black plays ...f5, you defend your pawn on e4 and do not take exf5, you push yourself b4 and c5 or Nf3-e1-d3 and c5.
Generally the white attack on the Queen's side is more effective than black's attack on the King's side.
9 h3 is already wrong as it does nothing useful. Good moves are 9 b4, 9 Nd2, 9 Ne1, 9 Bd2. The main plan is to play c5. 10 Ld3 is questionable as well. 11 exf5 gives black what he wants.
As Black usually goes for Kingside attack in this line of KID, your h3 only helps him. tpr mentioned the right moves, I can also add that 9. a4 and 9. Qc2 are playable as well. If your opponent always goes for 9... Ne8 and 10... f5, then you can play 9.Qc2 10. Rd1 and 11. Ng5.
before this i think h3 just to prevent black play Bg4..

@Bugcrusher could you show a sample game from your own on this line ?
Black has no intention to play 9...Bg4: he aims for 10...f5 after 9...Nd7 or 9...Ne8 or 9...Nh5. Even so 9 Ne1 or 9 Nd2 prevent 9...Bg4 as well. Also after 9 Bd2 or 9 b4 black will not play 9...Bg4.
9 Qc2 is interesting.
talking about 9.Qc2, I have only one game there on lichess - en.lichess.org/6X1wdhTy#63
According to GM Kuzmin, I had to play 12. g4! and after Nf6 13. h3 he gives a big advantage for White because black is deprived of f5 square. I also implemented that g4 idea but some moves later.
