Is there a way to stop someone posting on your simuls ?

There is someone on here who keeps coming to my simuls and disrupting them.

I blocked him months ago, but it seems he can still post in the simul chat.
Can anyone suggest anything

I suggest reporting the player. I think moderators have handed out chat bans (IIRC) thus meaning that a player engaging in abuse, harassment or any other unacceptable behavior will be unable to continue. You may want to contact a moderator directly.
