Lossing rating points with no playing

I think lichess should change rules about games which didn't started in tournaments. Like in this game, I loss it because my connection was bad or it was high responsive lag on lichess, so I can't move in 20 seconds:

Should I lose rating points only because of that?
I lose too many games on that way, lichess should set up some move limit, like 2 moves need to be played for games to be rated, this way it have no sense.
It is annoying if it happens to you.
But wouldn't it contradict the whole point of a tourney, if one could pick the games he wants to play by simply not moving, without any consequences?
I prefer it the way it is, as to change it would mean to increase the games not taking place.
Just look at the lobby seeks where this "not moving" and aborting games outranks tourneys by far...
Winner anyway earn 2 or 4 points for win, but why rating?
Rating exist to declare some players strength, so what we have if players earn and loss rating with 0 moves?
Does that describe player strength of playing?
Look at FIDE games, look at any other online chess server, everywhere are set some number of moves required for rated games, this way it is not serious and whole rating system (glicko, which is good) looks really amateur.
If we can win rating with 0 moves then we shouldn't call it rating anymore because it's obviously not :P

It happens to me many times on many websites, but nowhere I loss rating than here and later when I have good connection someone will say that I'm sandbagger just because od this.
Let me get this straight: you know about a lag (or connection) problem and you joined a blitz tournament? Seems like a recipe to annoy many opponents.

In purely theoretical terms I agree it's mistaken to affect ratings based on an unplayed game. In practice Glicko-2 is such a robust system that this site policy won't destroy any player's rating.
