jonnyrolstoel

Yesterday it said he used a computer and today it doesn't. If it got reversed he should be reinstated as tournament winner. And apologised to.
@jonnyrolstoel got marked by one of our automatic cheating detection systems. After a review it turned out to be a false positive. Unfortunately this happens sometimes (but very rarely) in the "War against Cheating". We hope that the community and @oppenwezen understands and forgives us for this mistake.

The tournaments are entirely automatic. This leaves little room for manual alteration of the tournament record. But I am certain the user will win many tournaments in the future :)

One a positive note: cases like these help us improve our automatic system :)
@lovlas

I completely understand that there are issues on the road to a perfect anti cheat System.

But iam a bit afraid aswell of gettin marked in a false positive.
Can you recommend some behaviour what helps to not get into that Kind of Trouble?

Maybe dont have other Tabs open during Play or something?

best wishes

Martin
It happens when youre so good you play the computer best lines, dont worry, it wont effect you and me :D
To be honest its very hard (close to impossible) to get wrongly marked by the automatic system. You'd need to be a really strong player :).
ok, that sounds good, but sometimes i have 0-0-0 games with ctp loss below 10. Can this be dangerous aswell or does the System look for some Special "engine lines/move" which are rated as "non human" ?
Perfect games itself isn't something to worry about :) We prefer to give as little information as possible about our cheat detection. But I really wouldn't worry about getting innocently marked. It is super rare. And if it happens a simple email to contact@lichess.org would fix the issue :)
That he was flagged and subsequently vindicated is a good indication of the strength of whatever review process there is.
