Games aborted

Hello, this morning I wanted to play some rapid games, so i set a challenge and the same guy accepted twice. Then i checked his profil as usual, and i saw he didn't play many games and he won his last 15 games with less than 20 acpl loss every game! So potentially a cheater to me, that's why I aborted the game twice. Then lichess banned me from playing 45 mn, I mean are you serious? this is way too long, especially since I did nothing wrong...
If you think someone is potentially a cheater:
a) Use the 'report' button on their profile and tell the moderators why you think he cheated. Definitely post one or more game links in the report, that makes it easier to deal with the reports.
b) Block the person so he can't accept your games.

Aborting frequently can result in an automatic ban like you noticed - it's 45 minutes because it isn't the first time that the system gave you a temporary ban.
Do not abort.
If you do not want to play somebody for whatever reason: ban him.
If you suspect cheating: report him.
Games with 20 AcPL are not necessarily a sign of cheating.
Do not abort and certainly not twice.

Let us assume that this is just a strong player.
He accepts your challenge and you just abort.
You seek a new game and he accepts again and you abort again.
That sounds like doing something wrong.
How would you feel if somebody did that to you?
In that game were no really special moves played by white. He only used a lot of time in a not-impossible to find combination on move 29.
I have also been banned on another account for playing a 10 centipawn loss in bullet (13 moves deep when he blunders a queen and resigns+reports)
@ProgramFOX : Obviously I reported him, but aborting the game was the only way to play another game. I know it's not the first time but I abort games very rarely (≈once every 15 games and when I do it I have good reasons), so I think the system ban can be very hard and unfair, that's why I started this topic.
Btw the guy I was talking about has been banned so I shouldn't have been the one punished....
@tpr If i don't wanna play somebody, abort the game is the only way to play someone else. If somebody do that to me i would just go on and play another game... Also, I know that 20 acpl doesn't mean cheater at all, but there is a difference between playing one very good game time to time and playing very good games every game especially on the internet :)
@dries_02 Thanks for your support , but I don't think he was accusing me of something ^^

To finish, ok I will try to less abort, but I still think the system ban must be arranged.
Bye
20 ACPL is not especially abnormal. No sign of cheating here.
Of course I was not accusing anybody of anything, if I left that impression I apologize for that.
It still strikes me that you can judge another player cheating in the few seconds before the start of a game. It turned out you were right, as the player is now flagged for using computer assistance.
Your sequence was: seek challenge, evaluate opponent, abort, seek challenge, abort, report.
Maybe it should have been: seek challenge, evaluate opponent, abort, ban, report, seek challenge.
That way you would not have aborted two game in a row.
By the way impressive game above.
I know you wasn't accusing me :). I hate to play cheaters so I'm used to check very quickly my opponent's profile before a game and if I find something suspicious I check more deeply. Some profiles are very suspicious so I'd rather abort the game than taking the risk to play a cheater... You're right I should have blocked him but I'm not used to block every players I find suspicious.
